We are currently accepting new patients age 6 and older for medication management. All patients must be 18 or older for any of our integrative medicine services.

Existing patients can self-schedule or reschedule appointments through our Patient Portal, or call us at 515-227-6065. 

You can also message your provider through the Patient Portal, or call to leave a message with the front desk. To request a medication refill, please contact your pharmacy.
