Good Faith Estimate

If you’re uninsured or choose not to use your insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected costs of your medical care.​

What You Should Know:

• You can request a Good Faith Estimate at any time.
• If you schedule a service at least 3 business days in advance, you should receive the estimate within 1 business day.
• If you schedule a service at least 10 business days in advance, the estimate should be provided within 3 business days.
• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.​
